McAfee, a world leader in information security, is constantly challenged to stay one step ahead of cyber-criminals – not to mention competing security companies. Continuous and efficient learning – as individuals, as an organization – is the only way to provide real value to customers.

McAfee wanted to revamp its corporate learning department to unleash its true potential to create a competitive advantage in the industry, and they turned to Nextwave to help realize the vision.

McAfee wanted to move away from the dated idea of instructor-led “training,” and build a technology-driven social learning community where employees can easily acquire knowledge and skills, use what they’ve learned, and share it with their peers.

Nextwave worked with McAfee to develop a comprehensive messaging platform, from which all new design elements would flow. The execution phase included a new brand identity for the learning organization, ui intranet makeover, Executive presentations, communications plan and materials, digital signage, and interactive components to round out the change management campaign.
