You don’t have to be an artist to be creative.
I was never one who wanted to work at a job that I didn’t like for the rest of my life. I always wanted to pursue every passion of mine, exploring and loving each one equally. For as long as I can remember, I always looked up to Leonardo da Vinci, the Renaissance man himself, and always marveled at his style, paintings, inventions, sketches, and more. But what inspired me most was that he pursued his many passions. That being said, I firmly believe there is more to creativity. It is not just painting, writing, singing, or dare I even say, coding; it is a vehicle for expression, an advocate of connection, and most importantly, creativity is a relationship. Everyone has their own style and their own perspectives that have been forged upon the crashing waves over the years. Do not be discouraged if your style differs from your peers. Embrace your style, re-explore your passions and unleash your unique creativity. How will you pursue creativity?
